Picked up the steroids, and now I'm hanging out in the CVS parking lot for a little while, in case the rheumatologist office calls to tell me I can pick up the painkiller prescription if they don't call in 15 minutes or so, then I'll have to go to work.

Man, the next three weeks are going to be CRAZY.
- This Saturday is the first two Comic Con Leadership Training sessions.
- Next week I have a 2 day Project Controls Summit at work plus a team dinner the first night.
- The following Saturday is the next two Comic Con Leadership Trainings.
- Early Easter morning I fly out to California for work and play, returning late the following Sunday.
- The Monday directly following the CA trip, I fly out to Salt Lake City for my usual work meetings, returning late Wednesday.
- And then the Sunday after that is the last two Comic Con Leadership Trainings.
I'm exhausted just thinking about it. Lots of good stuff, really, but not much down time between trips/meetings. My introvert self may hide for all of May.

I took today off for no reason except all my work is caught up and I can. I stayed in bed for three hours after I woke up, slothing it up and reading.

Why didn't it ever occur to me before this week that I can watch TV on my iPad with headphones while ltc naps? It's perfect. She sleeps. The noise doesn't wake her, and I get to catch up on non-kid friendly shows.
