Energy rarely happens when you have a toddler! They do use up quite a lot of it. It is great that you had pain improvement with the exclusions. Your energy shouldn't deplete quite so much without the pain factor. I know it must be very exhausting going through that process, but worth it if you can pinpoint the triggers.

Can you watch baseball and have the radio audio of the game on? The radio announcers are more enthusiastic and may command more attention.
