Definitely progress. I just want to say that in all the years you have been posting, that your journey to independence and the way you raise your family with such thoughtful care and take pride in your work and took care of your mom all inspires a lot of admiration in me. You are an amazing woman.

I took Kelly out for afternoon tea for her birthday which is tomorrow. I boggle that she will be 27. The tea was very fancy and all the treats were delicious. The only bummer was the pistachio macaroon. I adore macaroons, but these were overly chewy.

Ugh. I think I need to switch up my anti-depressant. This one has been working fine (not always "great", but good enough) for a few years now but lately I am way too easily breaking down in tears and spiraling to bad self-talk. I know some of y'all have experience with this...
