I am feeling futless and bored and really in need of some cuddling or making out. I wish I could have those things on demand.

Right now I am drinking water, cool water. I am paying attention to the feel of it in my throat. I am listening to the cues from my body. I will choose a snack based on those cues. I will choose to treat this body with respect and kindness because it is my vehicle for caring for others. If I do not take care of myself, I won't be able to care for anyone else.
