Step-dad is up for doing anything, sister is not big on doing anything! I think the only thing I can give her is a gift certificate for a crew the 4 of us for a weekend doing chores for her like fixing stuff at her house because she has broken stuff.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
And wondering who choose such an ugly uniform color for Seattle to wear.
I can answer that question! Sort of. [link]
Calli, yes. I am in NC From 12/20 to 12/29. I have a birthday party somewhere in those last couple of days, let me see if I can find out when.
Omnis, hope you feel better soon.
You know how some days you can't win for losing? I swear it's every day here. I don't know how to go any faster. Mistakes that happened months ago I'm having to fix now. It is awfully tempting to just walk away right now and not come back.
I just offered to quit. It's that bad. It's killing my self esteem, it's fucking up our friendship, and me being so slow is costing him money and holding up the other trades.
I'm sorry things aren't going well.
Met with infectious diseases doc. Confounded him. He is talking it over with his boss who is "smarter than me" (docs words). Floor doc said they are both confounded. And latest labs show white blood cells on the rise, which means infection typically. They just don't know of what. All docs agree I look fine and all, but the fevers and lab work has them very concerned. So they have admitted me. But all beds are full, so I'm staying in the ER observation wing (basement).
For those following at home, that's 3 levels of doctors that are confused by what I have. So, I'm starting to think it may be more serious than I originally thought. (Yeah, I'm stubborn that way. Sometimes my "adapt and overcome " mantra doesn't do me well.)
Omnis, I hope you've been able to have someone bring a charger or iPad or something?!

Yikes. I'm concerned about you. Please keep us posted.

Yep, denial is not our friend. I'm still trying to learn that lesson.
Yikes, omnis! I hope they figure it out soon, and it is nothing serious and easily fixable. If you need anything, let us know, please.
Cute ltc story: She has started singing something that sounds an awful lot like the Sesame Street theme song, even if the words are all jibberish when she wants to watch Sesame Street. It's adorable!
