I am not having sex with Spike! But I'm starting to think that you might be.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I'm tempted to go out when they get here and find someplace with wifi to watch Arrow.

Do it! It was even better than I hoped. They really hit it out of the park with this one.

Teppy, I'm sorry therapy is so hard.

It has to be hard, I guess, or else I won't fix the stuff that needs to be fixed. I do get that, honestly. But man, hard therapy is HARD. t /tautology

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Will I end up embarrassing myself by crying in public?

Quite possibly. I cried (more than once), but it's hard to say whether it was because I was already emotional from therapy, or because the episode was THAT GOOD. Though I kind of lean towards the episode being THAT GOOD. (Admittedly, the points where I cried are definitely my specific emotional buttons. And Stephen Amell sold the hell out of it.)

I'll keep that in mind. My comic book bag that my inlaws love to make fun of is packed with my iPad and headphones. I caught up on a couple CW shows while I was at mom on the app and it kept me from having to watch football, which was awesome.

Have others seen this thread on Twitter?

Dude in the thread is like "Whoa, talk to The Moth, get on NPR." and I'm like "Whateva, happens all the time."

Sunbasket wasn't really workin g out for us, because it required too much active cooking time, which is hard with ltc. I need more stick in the oven or stick in the crock pot type recipes. I also don't need all the spices and pantry items they send because I'm pretty well stocked in that area. So, I decided to try Butcher Box instead. I'm glad I have a second freezer and that I had cleaned out that freezer the other day. There is so much meat. I'm glad I signed up for every 3 months and not more often. They didn't include recipes like they were supposed to, but I can look through all my bookmarked recipes and find something to work.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Peeks in thread...

Skipped a ton.

Got a day off. Decided I would use the time to visit urgent care, to see if they can explain my rinse/repeat symptoms of aches/pains, low grade fever. Fever pops during the night. A few days later, repeat.

It's not ear infections. Whew (says the sound guy).

Since symptoms include fever, they have me in a mask. Keeps fogging up my glasses.

No ~ma needed. Just bored and want answers. Waiting is the hardest part.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We miss you around here O-A! I hope they discover what you have soon and it's easy to fix.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I finally had my appointment with the new rheumatologist today. I like her a lot. She actually listened to me, and she sent me for some x-rays and blood work, and referred me to an OT to help with my hand, and will probably refer me to a foot and ankle specialist once she sees my x-rays, because she agrees with me that it seems like I'm getting early-onset osteoarthritis in my ankle and possibly my hand. Also got a painkiller prescription with no issues.
