I'm 17. Looking at linoleum makes me want to have sex.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

She's somewhere around 18, and I've had her for over 14 years, so it's been a good long run. And maybe she just needs new meds or something, but… she has kidney failure. NGL, there's a part of me that hopes this is it so the decision will be done. That period of trying to guess when an animal is ready to go is just… agonizing.

Remember her at the peak of her evil powers, escaping the porch to smoke cigarettes with the Pink Ladies and lying in wait to ambush Lulu.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Absolutely. On the other hand, the vet has been through this many times before and should be able to give you good advice.

We made The Appointment for Marie and then, on the day of, she rallied. We were tempted to give her a little longer. But the vet convinced us that it was best to let her go on a good day because she wouldn't have to go through the final decline, which could happen any day. (Marie was 16, so she didn't have a bad run, either.)

Exactly! So many memories, but the Pink Ladies one is the greatest.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Oh, my goodness, too much sad kitty news. I'm so sorry, Laura and smonster.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm sorry, smonster. I don't know which is harder, losing them or watching them decline.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm so sorry, Laura and smonster.

Once my mother was carrying my sister on her hip and turned too sharply just as Sarah wiggled... smacked her head on the door frame.

When my sister was three or four, she fell off my dad's back when he was giving her a piggyback ride and she broke her arm.

Add Miss Kitty to the "is it time or not yet" list. Being gone the last two days has me missing her horribly. I'm sure the kids are giving her the pain meds and all that, but I just don't know what best to do for her. Her spine, hips, and back legs are horribly arthritic and she just has to be struggling when every step has her back half going in a different direction than her front half. But she doesn't appear to care.

She is getting extra snuggles when/if I ever get home tonight.
