Thanks for the good thoughts Zen and Laura. This has NEVER happened to me before and, in nearly 9 years, I've had 3 complaints...including this one. None of my actual therapy clients have ever gone this nuts.
Not every client is thrilled, of course, because some folks just don't want to hear the bad stuff. But no one has ever even asked for their money back, much less threatened me.
Tom, you are totally right.
eta: He is in jail now. It wasn't pretty but it is done.
Thank goodness, yeah. I wish for best outcome ~ma, but I don't even know what it is.
Laura and bonny, I'm sorry for the current badness. That's very distressing.
Lots of ~ma for your safety, and your client's calm, bonny.
Laura, peace~ma for your family.
Thank you, everyone for cheering me on.
That really is great, Andi.
Less great, being accosted on a friend's facebook page by one of those "But, strength and spiritual enlightenment!1" crippled people. I mean, whatever gets you through, right, but I really do feel like just another schmuck, if slightly less worried about, like, wrinkles, bathing suit season, and what it says on "Page Six". ETA: If those things count as wisdom, in addition to knowing the ten most deadly objects not originally purposed as weapons, then I have a shred, but that's it.
Eh, spiritual enlightenment is overrated. You know what's not overrated? Almonds covered in dark chocolate and kittens. Sure they won't fix any problems besides tasty snacking needs and not having enough cuteness, but they are champions at what they do.
Totally.
Sam loves to sit by me and watch TV...it's the cutest thing ever.
