I was supposed to call a rheumatologist today, and didn't.
My memory is so bad: did I give you the info for Tim's rheumatologist, or are they not taking patients with EDS?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

At UC? They're not taking new patients with EDS. I found someone at Christ Hospital who has a bunch of patients with EDS and is supposed to be good, but she won't even make an appointment until she's seen my old records, and my old doctor in PA says that they take "up to 30 days" for record requests, and somehow they actually did take 30 days. I called them last week and they said that they finally sent the records, which means I need to call the person at Christ Hospital again to see if they received them.
Sheesh! So much red tape!
Glad to here some calming news Steph.
IThe mind reading delivery dinner service would be awesome. But they would have to measure up to tonight. Matt was going to make thai curry. And it is good and I was against it, but there had been so many burgers on my FB feed. Matt was like sure - I'll get stuff at the grocery store. But Matt does not get stuff at the grocery store - first he makes friends with the butcher. ( no don't buy the small packages - they make those with the left overs - get the big. Now -- buy these skinny pork cops - put them in you food processor - add them to the beef)
Seriously - better burgers than I had imagined.
I love that my husband makes friends with everyone.
He's a good guy, Beth. Maybe not the first choice for the express line, then, but still.
ha, no never express
He's an easy person to make friends with. I miss being able to talk to you guys.
I wasn't hungry at suppertime but I needed to eat. I wound up with a huge bowl full of romaine and chopped egg, fresh mushrooms, a little plain yogurt, cracked black pepper, and a little bottled dressing. T'was nom. Dinner night before last was a huge bowl of steamed broccoli with sea salt. 'Course, popsicles for dessert, but still.
Yeah, I ended up eating cereal for dinner, because I was (still am) fighting off a cold. I feel LOUSY. I'm so, so happy it didn't kick in until the day after the wedding, so I could enjoy the day and make the ceremony as meaningful as possible without a scratchy throat and blowing my nose a gazillion times.
I should go to campus today to go to my office and grade final exams. But my ankle hurts and I'm sleepy and I keep trying to justify to myself that going tomorrow will be fine. (It probably will be. But I should finish this today.)
I should be grading. I told myself that I'd be able to grade from home. I am not grading.
I can call the rheumatologist. Then I'll at least be doing something useful.
