Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

sj, holy crap, that just makes me livid on your behalf. What a pile of assholes. You are not overreacting. I'm so glad TCG is supporting you.

If your insurance is balking, you can find CPAPs on eBay and the manuals are easy to find. That's how my doctor got me on one years ago when ponying up the $1500 co-pay for a sleep study was not-doable.

Good to know, thanks. I don't know if the insurance is really balking or if the device supply store is just incompetent. Given my test results and the doctor's order, there should be no problem with Cigna.

Doctor told me, though it's bad, he's seen people with worse sleep apnea than mine. I said how, are they just zombies? He said, pretty much.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I used to work with a man whose apnea was bad enough that he once fell asleep in the office in the middle of a phone call. Was sitting at his desk, sound asleep, head propped on his fist which was holding the phone.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Apparently TCG is also still really annoyed and hasn't let it go yet.

Tom will carry a grudge for me for years after I've forgotten. He will hate someone forever if they make me cry.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I read, ate, and napped a bit while ltc napped. She's been waking up and not making a sound, just standing there and waiting for me to get her, which I only know about if I look at the monitor. I wonder if I should be worried about this behavior?

thessaly is coming over to go with us to the farmer's market in a couple of hours. So, that will be fun, and I'll get to bitch some more about the crazy in person.

Thanks! I hope you get your CPAP soon, and I hope it makes a huge difference for you.

That's more me than TCG. Also, I wasn't crying. I was ragefully angry. Still am, although it's a little better.

I am the grudge-holder in our marriage. My grudges are EPIC.

I tend to cry when I'm ragefully angry, which is why I mentioned that, heh.

Oh, man, I cry when I'm angry or frustrated, which is THE WORST in a work setting.

That makes sense, but this was more, I want to throw things and say horrible things that I can't take back kind of rage. I guess I cry when I'm angry too, but usually it's if I'm angry at TCG or Mom or someone else whose opinion I care about.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Oh, man, I cry when I'm angry or frustrated, which is THE WORST in a work setting.

TOTALLY.

Though with my dad or my former boss (a man), it also meant they stopped doing whatever yelling or raging they were doing and started apologizing.
