ltc is obsessed with Stephen Colbert. She usually ignores the TV unless music is playing, but whenever I'm watching the Late Show and she hears his voice, she peers over the edge of her play yard and starts giggling hysterically.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
That? Is AWESOME.
So I finally listened to the Hamilton soundtrack. Prior to the musical being a hit I knew he was on the 10 dollar bill and died in a duel. After that I knew a little more but not much. I had a hard time because I wasn't sure who was singing sometimes and also the directions would kick in.
It was fantastic but I wish I could see the musical to get a better idea of what was going on.

It took me several listens to be sure who was singing at any given point. The annotated lyrics on Genius really helped, too (click on each song title for the annotated lyrics): [link]

Is it wed that You'll Be Back is one of my favorite songs?
Uh, no, because it's awesome.
That was the first song from the show that I loved, so, no.
Okay. I was thinking it was weird to love that one over the others. But it's so...I think it's the possessive lover aspect of it.
And I really like the effect done in...Satisfied...is that Angelica's toast where she wishEs she could go bwck.
I keep wondering about the staging for most of these songs. I know bits from specials but that's one song I'd love to see.
My cousin who does not interact with me in anyway either in rl or on Facebook just sent me a message asking me to promote her personal trainer Ponzi scheme herbal supplement business in a public post. Hell no.
Multi level marketing people don't get anywhere if they're not willing to exploit everyone they've ever met.
