'Serenity'

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

My Skyline consumption is limited to chili and cheese on a baked potato these days, sadly, although a friend whose daughter works at a Skyline says if you bring in your own gluten-free hot dog buns and give them to the cooks, they'll make you a coney in your own bun (I thought it was strictly verboten to bring in outside food, much less ask the establishment to prepare your meal WITH your own outside food, but I guess this is a case of some Skylines just looking the other way when it comes to rules). It would be nice to have a coney again.

If I want a 4-way, I have to get chili w/beans to go and put it on my own spaghetti at home, which is fine, but not the same. A potato at Skyline is just as good.

SUPER WOO (although I should mention that the actual date I get to actual Cinci may vary and/or may also include the SO)

I'll be on vacation from July 8th to the 16th, but before and after that, I am always around. So what I am saying is: GET HERE.

meara - May 31, 2016 1:33:31 pm PDT #24851 of 30002

Liese, I'll be in Columbus June 30-July 4 and in Indy July 4-July 7.

My brother in law is going to accept a job in a place I do not want them to go. BOO!! I even found a job here in Seattle that is right up his (very specific) alley. But apparently he looked into it and didn't think they'd pay enough?? But if they're going to be in an inconvenient and inaccessible place where I have no friends, I'd rather it be in the same city as my parents, for convenience sake?? Humph. They haven't told my parents yet, we shall see how it goes over. (They are not moving to a place they especially want to go either, but I guess it might be a couple years and then somewhere else? Hard to say though--and I feel like once you're in an area, hard to get you out, yknow? If you e already moved once?)

Always Anti-fascist!

I like chili dogs the best. I'm with you, Connie, on hot-contest chili, but apart from that, have eaten my share of varieties.

Thrive to spite them

Speaking of cats I just realized I haven't seen Penny not Anna. Anna's been dead for 6 years and I still call Penny Anna. all day. She slept on Mom's bed. And I think I saw her this morning but I was really out of it. I'm finally not sleep deprived as much. She's allowed down in the basement now (although with the outside door closed) but Mom was getting stuff in her car.

So she's in the basement or the house hiding. She got outside. Or she's in the basement and something happened to her.

It's been raining pretty much all day so I'm not sure where she could have gone. Mom put her cat out so maybe he would find her and bring her home or at least get her attention.

So cat~ma would be really nice.

Hopefully she's just curled up someplace ignoring us because I ignored her all day.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

askye, does Penny have a favorite treat? My hidey cat will come out when he hears the treat box rattle.

Or open a can of tuna. (Or, if she's like our cat, *any* can, though you may feel her wrath when it turns out to not be tuna.)
