I chopped my hair off a few months back and I'm loving it short but I can't justify fun colors that will go away within my next haircut.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Teppy, you would look awesome with platinum streaks. I keep threatening to put one crayon red streak in my hair now that I'm back to dying it my natural color, but I don't really have the time or energy for upkeep either.
When I've done unnaturally colored hair, I did one dye and then let it grow out however. Worked out ok, I think.
Hey, I just got a picture of Fred just sitting on something! Maybe I just didn't have his preferred stuff to sit on before.
Is Fred supposed to be elusive? He's visited over 30 times and I have a dozen or so picks of him each one playing with or sleeping on something different.
I'm getting my hair cut and colored Saturday, and I'm sorely tempted to cut about 5 inches off and get rockabilly platinum streaks.
YES YOU SHOULD DO THAT. #TeamHairChemicals
Dana had said he just shows up and sits on stuff and I hadn't seen that particular behavior from them. It's a very specific excitement I have about it.
Maybe Fred is just responding to my expectations of him.
Platinum streaks would be pretty awesome. As is this:

Woot!
Jilli, I should talk/email you sometime about helping my emo tween navigate the rocky shoals ahead. Although I have to say I'm always impressed at the stuff that she just doesn't let ruffle her. Like when she first cut her hair shorter and then dyed it, some gal came up to her while she was talking with a friend and asked if they were gay. Clearly was meant to make her feel bad, which it didn't. Instead it prompted my daughter to bring up a whole rainbow of sexual identities and start a conversation about it.
Awww, emo tween! I would be delighted to help out.

That is the PERFECT response. Good for her!
That's so great, Burrell!
