I took care of some onerous tasks this morning, mostly updating the expiration date for my credit card on various auto-payments. I'm waiting to hear back from my uncle about when the services are for my grandfather. The death notice wasn't in the paper today. I appreciate the support, but there is absolutely no way I can skip the services, nor would I really want to. I'll figure it all out.

I've expanded my yard and I've got lots of kittehs. I bought the cowboy hat and got Billy the Kitten. So cute--he wears it, but all the other kitties sit in it.

I've slipped back into spending too much on stuff I don't need. Gotta get hold of that. That's what happens when I get depressed and anxious.

sj, I'm so sorry. My condolences to you and your family.

I will say, though, that they might not yet know when the services are. When I had to plan Rob's funeral, the date changed three times because people who needed to be there couldn't. They're not trying to inconvenience you, even though it means things are in limbo for just a bit longer.

I'm pretty sure they met with the funeral home last night. They're just notoriously bad communicators. My uncle will call me tonight I was just hoping to give TCG more notice.

ltc was fussy and wouldn't nap this morning. So, I over caffeinated, and now she's asleep and I'm anxious.

No, because you start out with some fish in your wallet. And when the cats come by they leave you more. Also the cheapy chow is free. You'll need to put some food out to get things going.
