[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Punishingly Intricate

Tubbs only appears outside, so once you expand your yard you can put the more expensive food inside to spare it from his appetite.

Tubbs has definitely been inside my house (my Neko Atsume house, that is!). I think maybe he only likes the less expensive food? I can't check now because I'm on a self-impose cat collector break until I do an arduous task I've been putting off.

Thrive to spite them

Yeah it's a good idea to switch up the toys. And you can use the regular fish to buy golden fish.

My strategy (before) was to switch up toys and use the gold to buy a few nicer toys and occasionally food to get more gold and then once I had a variety of toys switch them out and hoard all the presents until I could buy more gold fish/save the gold fish to get the expansion.

Also if you go in the catbook it will tell you which cat played with what toys the most so if you want one to come back just set one of those down.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I just expanded my house. Lotsa kitties hanging out.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I only need fifty more gold fish to buy the expansion. I'm getting excited about it. I look forward to this economical way to satiate my crazy cat lady urges.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

At least part of the appeal of Neko Atsume is that I can buy all the crazy cat furniture I want without guilt: in real life, they cost money and fill up the house and Mycroft T mostly ignores them.

brillig

I have bookmarked that guide. I love this game, I can check for activity and accept gifts in just a couple of minutes, and managing things doesn't take more than 5. I'm saving up for the expansion myseof.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Yeah, I've got a variety of toys and furniture that I swap out occasionally. I didn't know about the cardboard train, though, so that will be one of my next purchases. Yard expansion is my top priority right now.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

~ ma, bonny. I've been thinking about you.

Compassionately intolerant

Cheers smonster.

Today I discovered that my health insurance plan was discontinued, so for a slightly higher premium, I am now getting far less coverage.

I fought with the plan for 6 months, during which a computer glitch cancelled my insurance 4 times, saying I had not paid, when I did. So, when the open enrollment came around, I was so terrified of sparking another round of mayhem, I didn't even think about changing anything.

In amongst the tons of mail I received from Kaiser, I did not see anything about my plan being 'discontinued.' But apparently is it was. So my $1750 deductible with $3500 out of pocket is now $2750 with $5000 out of pocket.

I just cancelled all the remaining tests.

Screw it. I'm just going to assume that the mass is a fibroid and get on with my life. Meanwhile, I will continue to pay for coverage that is essentially useless to me.

I can't even anymore.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Arggh bonny, that is such bullshit on Kaiser's part! I mean I get your response, fibroid is by far the most likely cause. But they shouldn't make it cost prohibitive to find out for sure.
