CT scans were fine. Which I know is good but it's kind of frustrating. So I'll see the urologist at the end of the month.
Therapy was good. Went to Asheville and just looked around, I felt like a country mouse in the city.
And Thursday I'm going to the gaming therapy group . I'm pretty sure there's not goign to be snow or sleet or ice.
Yay!
Are you using it on a hard chair? I shove mine behind me while I'm in the recliner, and kinda wiggle.
I was using it in the soft chair. I'll try the hard chair.
It was almost 80 degrees F today. Ugh. Used to be, it didn't hit 80 until June, and cool weather lasted through March.
It was 71 or 72 here today, and man, it was glorious.
It may hit 70 later this week. It's supposed to snow next week.
Well, I slept another four hours this afternoon. But I'm feeling somewhat better now. I definitely needed this day off. Even if catching my classes up to schedule is going to be a royal pain.
Sounds like you really needed it, Hil. Glad you got some good rest.
I ran a little today. For the first time in a long time. Just to see if I still could. Answer: I kind of can't. Was more like, slow jog for 50 feet stop and breathe slow jog stop and breathe walk a little. Didn't even go half a mile I don't think. But I did it, and that's more than I've been doing, so I guess it's a start.
Askye, next time you're going to be in Asheville, check if Malaprop's bookstore is still there. It's a fabulous den of wonders--and they have a cafe. Safe haven for hours--plus you get to people watch without being rude.
I'm glad the CAT scan was okay.
Dana, I'm sorry. Fidiots.
And sara, I'm sorry about the delay in your situation, too.
Back~ma, Zen. And if there's such a thing, yes, *gentle* running.
I'm envious of the stars in Chile, meara.
And I'm all in favor of less pain, in general, and in specific for Hil.
I shove mine behind me while I'm in the recliner, and kinda wiggle.
I am 12.
That pre-travel, pre-time-off-work stress it hitting. Way too much to do and not near enough time. Add in Prednisone and I'm a pile of fun.
