I guess I'll give it one more week and see if he can pull it together.
I'd mention it to him, though, so he knows he has to get his act together. And I'd reference the expectation that the patient be on time OR ELSE. He is being incredibly rude.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What lisah said. Not acceptable. If you aren't allowed to be late, he isn't either.
You're right. I'll say something. I found a dress at Talbots to wear to the baby shower. It's a red cotton shirt dress, which buttons down the front so it should work for feeding ltc. Best part was it was on sale for $40. I grabbed another dress too that won't work for breastfeeding but it fit perfect and for $20, I couldn't resist it.
Strong shopping, sj!
Oh that's really pretty.
Nice! I love the color.
Cute dress!
I live near a really big Talbot's outlet (a real outlet store) so I have a closet full of "That's cute and only $7," but nothing that fits particularly well. Talbot's does not expect my body type, I guess.
Thanks, everyone!

I never get to the outlet anymore because the closest one is about an hour away, but there is a regular store right down the street from me. And I'm small enough to fit in their clothes again! Both dresses fit very well. So, I got lucky.
People-first language, but mostly what we should call ourselves. Which was once tres important to me, but now feels like the board going around and around about cilantro. I know that there's a generational divide between folks like me who think it's funny/ reclaiming to use gimp and cripple when it's, like, "just us" and not really for mixed consumption(ie "nigga" and queer" and people that hate that stuff and feel scarred it exists and might say stuff like "actually, I like to think I'm a human being first..."(Sort of the "All lives matter" response) I guess we'll know if we arrive as minority if Quentin Tarantino writes a character called "Cripple McShortlegs" and doesn't understand when people hate it. Maybe he will actually cast an impaired person(or we can have Disability conversation #2 about actors in "gimpface" but maybe he'll make Cripple McShortlegs with Peter Dinklage(it will still get protested anyway)
