I don't have any Tylenol. I can't take it with Vicodin, so I don't usually keep it on hand. Vicodin + Advil is my usual combination, when I need it.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oh, duh, of course not. Man, I am off my game. I'm going to stop dispensing advice before I tell you to get your humours checked or get bled by a leech. (Two things I *cannot* refer you to in Cincy.) (Although if anyone used medical leeches, it would probably be in Northside.)
I'm sorry, Hil. I hope you manage to find some relief.
In case I have failed to mention it, TCG is such an adorable father. I just love watching him with ltc.

Well, that made me giggle, which helped a bit.

Thanks.

That's so sweet.
Someone on a vegan group on facebook posted a photo of chili cheese fries, and now I want chili cheese fries.
So I started seeing a therapist who comes to the house. He works for a larger company so the first couple of weeks was a lot of paperwork, some of which went on about how if I wasn't on time for appointments it would be a reason to terminate therapy. However of the five times this therapist has visited, he's been one time once. Last week we switched to an earlier time because it would be easier for his schedule, even though it is not easier for my schedule with the baby, and he was 8 minutes late. He is currently 12 minutes late. He just now called to tell me he was going to be late, as I was typing this. I'm trying to fit him in in between feedings and Mom takes the baby out to keep her occupied during appointment times. If he is late he makes up for the time at the back end, which isn't helpful if the baby is already fussy. I'm not pleased.
His car is pulling up now 37 minutes late.
Can you send him away? The chronic lateness is not okay, but this is extreme.
I'm hesitant to do that because I really need this therapy right now and having someone who comes to the house is easiest at the moment. I guess I'll give it one more week and see if he can pull it together. Honestly, chronic lateness has been a problem with every therapist I have ever seen. Usually when I go to them I end up starting to be late for appointments because I get so annoyed that they're making me wait, and then they get mad that I'm late and it becomes a big issue.
Yeah, that's tough.
