He's only been there a few months, and Rob is away a lot - part of the deal is discounted rent for dog care (and I did meet the roommate a few times at the park). That's the part that would freak me out most. So crazy.
Meantime the roofers at my Wi place foot dragged on finishing so long that now there There are storms and they have to replace the ceilings in the kitchen and all three bedrooms.

I've been trying to buy car insurance. It's annoying.
Also trying to figure out how to pay my parents back the money I borrowed from them for moving expenses. It doesn't really help that I don't get paid until the end of September. And I think this might take me at least a year or so to pay back.
Still working on unpacking. I got my craft table set up, pretty much, and got one more box unpacked.

Got through to my brother, who let me know that Mom's landline got cut off for non-payment, so she got herself a cell phone. Mom said she is sure she was only a few days late in paying and they never punished her before, so she doesn't understand why they had to punish her now. AND looking back over her bills from the last couple years, AT&T did nothing but raise her rates.
I am so glad I do not have to deal with this stuff on a daily basis.
Also glad that she is more or less ok.
