Thrive to spite them
I did not sleep well. I woke up, tried to get out of bed. Started having an anxiety attack. Tried to call work, the manager didn't have the phone so I got worked up when I couldn't get through. About 1/2 hour from when I should hav been there I called in.
It was the wareehouse supervisor, she sounded tired and I dunno...maybe put out. But I just couldn't do it. I got up, took my medicine, and finally slept until about 1 pm. NOT GOOD body NOT GOOD.
I see my therapist tomorrow and I'll talk to her.
One more day before LTC's debut! so exciting!

I've had my compression socks on for several hours and I still can't get my braces on. I was hoping to go out to dinner tonight, but I might have to settle for takeout.

We have to be there for 6:30 AM. I could get myself to the car if necessary and then get a wheelchair at the door. So, that isn't really a concern.
