Thrive to spite them

I did not sleep well. I woke up, tried to get out of bed. Started having an anxiety attack. Tried to call work, the manager didn't have the phone so I got worked up when I couldn't get through. About 1/2 hour from when I should hav been there I called in.

It was the wareehouse supervisor, she sounded tired and I dunno...maybe put out. But I just couldn't do it. I got up, took my medicine, and finally slept until about 1 pm. NOT GOOD body NOT GOOD.

I see my therapist tomorrow and I'll talk to her.

One more day before LTC's debut! so exciting!

I've had my compression socks on for several hours and I still can't get my braces on. I was hoping to go out to dinner tonight, but I might have to settle for takeout.

We have to be there for 6:30 AM. I could get myself to the car if necessary and then get a wheelchair at the door. So, that isn't really a concern.

It is a lovely day for a birthday! Sending all kinds of ~ma for ltc and family. Calming thoughts for TCG and those pacing. Soothing thoughts for the new mama. Enjoy all those sweet treats soon, ice cream, cookies, and of course baby toes!
