I should probably spend the next month making sure people have to deal with me as little as possible
And by people I assume you don't mean Buffistas, because that isn't acceptable.
'Serenity'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

No, I don't mean buffistas. You guys are stuck with me.
My feet are vaguely feet shaped this morning and I can sort of put on my braces. Which is good because the plumber called me back first thing and said he was sending someone over this morning. So, I'm up and dressed.
The plumber is here. I'm hoping he doesn't take too long because he's in my only bathroom.
Okay, accountability list here, because these things need to get done today and I am seriously lacking motivation:
wash dishes
make bed
do laundry
clean bathroom
put pictures online for Tim's dad
call campground
take trash out to curb
thaw salmon for dinner
email client
walk up to library [MAYBE]
Okay, laundry about to go in the washer...
Go, Teppy! I need to do laundry too.
I'm getting a new fancy shower head! TCG wanted the plumber to look at leaky shower head while he was here, since they charge by the hour anyway. And it needs to be replaced. So, now I'm getting one of those shower heads that can be used handheld as well.
Bed made, laundry in washer. I'll start on the pictures for Tim's dad while I eat lunch.
The plumber is gone! I guess that means I should shower and start getting stuff done.
Quick update - brought Mom home last night from her FOURTH hospital stay in less than 2 months. She was strong enough to come straight home instead of having to go to rehab first, so that's very good. I had been feeling like they were just treating symptoms without getting the underlying cause; finally one of her doctors explained more fully that it's not any one acute thing. It's 38 years with diabetes compromising her kidneys, heart disease doing its part, etc. So she's sent home with adjusted meds, better instructions re modulating her diet, and hopefully a better attitude about taking care of herself. I will accept any ~ma, prayers, vibes, etc., for both of us as we learn to take better care of her.
Also, Hi, still love you guys, *waves tiredly*, thanks for being here. And now, back to work. Sigh.
I need to pack and organize my stuff, because the movers are coming tomorrow morning. But I've got a massive headache and mostly just want to nap.
