I missed my DBT group AGAIN. This time because (like the last few times) I blanked on what day it is. So far I've been to 2 sessions. I get charaged every time I don't show up, well I get charged when I show up too but I tink it's more when I don't show up.

Plus there's a woman in the group that I can't stand. I don't like her at all. There's another group that meets Tuesdays but that would mean changing the time with my therapist and also trying to remember to go to the DBT group.

I emailed my regular therapist. I know they want me to dot his and I know it would help but if I can't get to the group it's just a waste of energy.

askye, have you tried putting the DBT meeting in your calendar so it will send you a reminder every week? Or do you just want to cut bait and move on?

So he actually did look at both the tostada and the salad, and concluded they were the same thing.

Or he concluded the tostada looked more appetizing and decided to eat it.

That's What My Dad Would Do

Yeah I put it on my phone but I do things like leav my phone in the other room and have headphones on and don't hear it. I dont' get an alert except on Gmail and I don't get pop ups for that on my phone.

I'm going to see what my therapist says.

Considering that he's done stuff like this before (and somehow, it always seems to be my vegan food that he eats, in a fridge full of non-vegan stuff), I think that he just thinks that all food looks the same.

Google is so helpful for that! Not for checking what symptoms might mean, but seeing if other people have Experienced This Thing? Super useful.

One of the possible side effects of the new med (Abilify) that I've started is headaches. How am I supposed to tell them apart from the usual oh G-d it's summer migraines?

askye, I set two reminders for my appointments - one the day before, and one a half hour before I have to leave. Don't know if that would help you. I'm sorry that this group isn't working out for you; I hope you can find another one.

I had another first date last night and it was much better! Good enough to go out again, and I think he feels the same. Yay.

I didn't sleep well at all last night, anxiety and pain issues. ltc was also up most of the night, flipping about like crazy.
