Google is so helpful for that! Not for checking what symptoms might mean, but seeing if other people have Experienced This Thing? Super useful.
One of the possible side effects of the new med (Abilify) that I've started is headaches. How am I supposed to tell them apart from the usual oh G-d it's summer migraines?

askye, I set two reminders for my appointments - one the day before, and one a half hour before I have to leave. Don't know if that would help you. I'm sorry that this group isn't working out for you; I hope you can find another one.

I didn't sleep well at all last night, anxiety and pain issues. ltc was also up most of the night, flipping about like crazy.

Jilli, I can't help on headaches, but one bit of advice if you're on Abilify -- make sure you get a good night's sleep every night. If you don't, you may get manic. And that isn't a good thing. I've seen it.

Thanks, Vortex. Mom's probably going to be staying here on and off because she is an hour and a half away and doesn't like making the drive at night, but I'll let you know if I need anything. And you're welcome to come and visit once we're settled a bit. Nicole is visiting at the end of September and I'm probably going to have a little gathering here. I doubt I'll be up to doing all the entertaining so I'm figuring we can do potluck with everyone bringing something.
