It's just an object. It doesn't mean what you think.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

That is the main reason I can't even bring myself to discuss it. Real facts and history aren't going to matter. Can't argue with crazy and/or stupid. I can't discuss it with them without calling them bad names!

I just paid off my car loan.

Now this is a wonderful thing indeed!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I should back out of a Facebook argument with a friend of a friend who is defending the Confederate battle flag and just called me "darlin."

Oh darlin!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Real facts and history aren't going to matter. Can't argue with crazy and/or stupid.

Which is why I question democracy, really. Crazy and stupid--and selfish--don't have any right to dictate how things run, to my mind. They get to find some badlands portion of some state with a low population density and go found their own little insular, stupid-minded, federation, fly their own flag, and be happy. The rest of us get to heave a sigh of relief and get on with enjoying, or at least tolerating, each other. We'll send flyover supplies on the regular, but them folks? They don't get out anymore.

Beverly 2016! I think there are a few of my crazy friends/family that would happily head for the hills since they believe my kind are ruining this here land.

Texas keeps volunteering. Though there are some people we would need to air lift out.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Someone pat me on the head and tell me things will be okay?

Thanks. It's been a rough day.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I should back out of a Facebook argument with a friend of a friend who is defending the Confederate battle flag and just called me "darlin."

I never know how to respond to such sexist, belittling comments disguised as compliments. Without cursing, I mean.
