Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, talk to Flea about it. I'm pretty sure she was on ADs with the kids.

I have talked with her about it in the past, and I have done my research. It looks like the biggest problem is a slightly increased risk of lung problems at birth. It's just not a risk I am wiling to take right now.

It was a beautiful day today. I went out shopping with thessaly which actually counts as exercise in my book so I'm feeling a little better today. I couldn't find a thing to buy at Marshall's, but I did find a new Millhauser collection of short stories at the bookstore.

I feel that. I'm mustering up the spoons to make egg salad, because that is all I can handle.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I made oatmeal in the microwave. Which is one step above opening a can of something, cooking-wise.

I make oatmeal in the microwave most mornings. I am laziness personified and do not want to wash an oatmeal-y pot.

Lately I've been sleeping too late to make breakfast so I pick up a bagel and muffing or some McBreakfast sandwich.

The McMuffin (particularly the sausage and egg variety) is good stuff.

Yes it is--that's what I usually get. And when I'm feeling decadent I get a Sausage and Egg McGriddle.

eta: Their sausage just tastes so good when you have it with coffee or hot tea.

I miss convenience food. I made tuna salad with tomatoes and cucumbers on an English muffin with a glass of milk. Which is as close as I can get to a no brainer. 45 carbs, a protein, and two non-starchy "vegetables".

All I've been thinking about for the past week is a milkshake. The glass of milk I just had with dinner is not cutting it. Is it August yet?
