Occasionally I’m callous and strange
I just unfriended someone on facebook because his responses to anything i post even vaguely political always raise my hackles. I told him to stop, and he continued. So i unfriended him and deleted the entire conversation thread. I'm waiting with dread for messages in my email box because he is a genuinely decent person with whom i've been friends for decades, but i'm also deeply relieved that i no longer have to remember to filter him out of certain posts or face the troll-like consequences.

IOmeN, I really couldn't let go and relax all weekend. Mind kept racing, and my temper that doesn't-need-provocation got a big one just before relaxing-bathtime-weekend (which I need mostly so my muscles will relax and stop hurting from stress). But at least I slept a lot. Not well, but a lot.
On better news, my dad is doing a bit better. Still wish there was a non-painful/intrusive way we could make him go through a CT to determine the damage to his heart after his minor episode, but what we have now is kinnda best case scenario (as long as he won't think he's really doing good and skip his echocardiogram). He really, really refuse to be treated in any intrusive manner, which makes me worry about the future.
