Sj, you are doing really well. Perfection is a difficult game with diabetes. It takes awhile to figure out how everything works for you. That is a really good level of control so quickly. You got a lot of good advice above. Congratulations on doing so well

CBT is a good therapy for me. And lots of people have had good luck with EMDR (I think?)

Thrive to spite them
First day of outpatient therapy. I felt lost. Someone else started same day but it seemed like she got what we were supposed to be doing.
I didn't retain anything, there's homework. I felt put on the spot but it was a thing everyone was doing so I had to. I really don't want to go back.
I'll be back tomorrow.
