My body is not cooperating with me lately. I've had a few weeks now of pretty constant pain in my hips, and my kneecaps sliding out of place, and my ankles twisting, and it's starting to scare me.

I don't know why it's been acting up recently. My doctor said that I've got bursitis in both hips, and that explains why the pain, but I don't know what explains the bursitis. I haven't been doing much out of the ordinary lately. My joints just seem even less stable than usual. My knees are bending sideways, which I know shouldn't happen. I've been doing all my PT exercises, but they don't seem to be helping much.

I'm reading and enjoying seeing all the posts. As always I've been busy with work, in fact I'm headed to a meeting at Universal Studios in about half an hour. Yes, a meeting a just after midnight, the fun of doing work during overnights at theme parks.
