I am actually shocked to hear dark chocolate speculoos cups exist. I thought my daughter invented them. I made homemade dark chocolate pb cups a couple weeks ago, which were frighteningly delicious. A couple of days ago Luna wanted to make more, but we were out of peanut butter. She said, "That's ok, let's use speculoos spread." We didn't have enough at the time, but I was blown away by the brilliance of the suggestion and bought more. We plan to make some today. The filling will be speculoos spread with crumbled speculoos cookies for some crunch. I will let you know how they turn out!

I want to buy a new sofa, a new rug, and a new TV, but I told myself that I can't buy anything unless I do some serious decluttering first. And it's not like I have a serious clutter problem, I just need to empty out some closets. But it's not enough motivation for me. I'm still just sitting on my ass.
