Wesley: And how does your kind define love? Demon: Same as all bodies. Same as everywheres. Love is sacrifice.

'The Girl in Question'

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I've been asked, too. I did not accept. And my roommate, too. She said she never accepted, per se, but can see photos that have been flagged for deletion. I don't know how they choose people. High "ratings"? Time on the site?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Gronk. We were woken up at 7am by kids barreling down our hill on scooters and screaming at the top of their lungs. Four hours later someone must of called the cops (not us), because a cop came and made them call their mother to come get them.

Our wings are not tired.

Please tell me that you took the opportunity to shake a cane and tell 'em to get off your lawn! (lie to me)

My first thought when I woke up was, "Get the fuck off my lawn", and I shook a fist at them.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Ugh. I am feeling run down, worn out, and absolutely out of spoons. I really need several days to recharge, but instead I have to start another job tomorrow, that is going to give me four non-consecutive days off in the next month. And they want 52 hours out of me next week, and another 40 the week after that.

I just don't know how I'm going to be able to do this, and it's making me a little anxious. Kind of a lot anxious.

And on top of that, I have to find a way to replace myself on a super-low budget design, at the last second, because this other job isn't going to give me enough time to do it.

And then on top of that, I really and truly do not know how I am going to keep myself in clean clothes over the next week. I do not have six days worth of outfits, and this schedule does not leave me enough time to do laundry.

Drew, please forgive me for venting about this here (Drew got me the gig, and I'm grateful), but I just don't know how I'm going to make it work right now, but I feel like I'm in a position where I can't back out, even if I wanted to.

I have no spoons. This heat isn't helping.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

You can do it, Sean. Can you run out and either do a load of most-necessary laundry or buy cheap underwear and t's before dinner tonight? With that worry gone, I bet you'll be able to relax and recharge a bit.

I think, if I am very careful, I might be able to make it work as far as the clothes go.
