Pretty much - that and maintenance. Which I think is the real test.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Ginger, glad you got plenty of blood!
I started taking a weight-loss drug. My doctor has assured me it won't kill me. Only started it a week ago, so, as expected I haven't lost anything yet, but my appetite is almost gone, and strangely my mood is noticeably improved. No antidepressant I've ever tried has made me feel this good. It's weird, but I'll take it.
That's great news. What are you taking?
It's called Qsymia. Queue-SIGH-mee-ah.
Qsymia
That’s one of the princesses in the Oz books, right?
WHERE IS MY TIARA
Speaking of having more red blood cells, I saw my hematologist today and I am up to 13.5. This is from the low of 5 which landed me in the hospital in March. So, yay!
Yay!
13.5. That sounds lovely. How did you get out of bed at 5?
Mmmmmm, red blood cells. That's the good stuff.
Laura speaks for me. And I have reason to believe he for whose homage this thread was created Lo, these many years ago would concur. Should I have used Pooh case? And speaking of Pooh case, there's a noun phrase which should never, ever be verbed. Y'all don't know how close I came to doing that. You're welcome.
How did you get out of bed at 5?
Complete denial. I kept going to work but noticed it was getting harder to walk or raise my arms, I thought I had the flu or at worst a heart problem.
The emergency room doctor seem really pissed with me.
