askye, I'm sorry you had an icky day.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
make it a zombie roll.
I immediately went to a bad sushi place. and if you think about it, all sushi could be considered a zombie roll, except it's not moving, so maybe not.
except it's not moving,
Oh, in Japan they'll serve it to you moving. It's called "dancing shrimp."
My friend who taught English there had an experience with it.
typo, I'm glad your mom is doing well! Zombie walk would be funny.
askye, at least you were able to get into the house relatively easily...? Sorry the day was cruddy. PMSing just makes everything harder.
So, I was up at 5am, and now it's 8am and I'm going back to bed. This does not bode well for the weekend. But it's raining, so I wasn't going anywhere anyway.
That dream is a wonderful gift, Connie.
So much for structurally sound teeth. Despite what the dentist said a piece of molar broke off today. So far it doesn't hurt but I can't call until Monday.
That happens. If it's a small enough chunk, the dentist can rebuild the spot with filling amalgam, fairly inexpensively.
I hope it is fairly simple, the part of hte tooth was under a filling. I think I did more damage when I ate dinner, I tried not to.
And last night I kept waking up feeling like it was hurting and I don't if it was or if I was dreaming. Now that I'm awake it feels different than it felt last night. It's not unbearable pain, but it's uncomfortable and I'm sleep deprived and really cranky. I called out at work, if it were just the tooth issue I could handle but between that and the lack of sleep I'm already feeling on edge and cranky.
I've needed a mental health day anyway since my past few days off have been full of anxiety and stress and not in anyway relaxing. Tomorrow I'll call the dentist and if they can't help me tomorrow I'll try to find someone who can.
So, somebody posted an anonymous threat about a shooting on campus tomorrow. The university keeps sending out alerts to us, telling us that they are keeping an eye on the situation, and that campus will be open tomorrow as usual, and that they have no idea who posted the threat or whether it's serious or not. Um?
And now I got an email from a student, asking whether we're going to be having class tomorrow, because he doesn't feel comfortable leaving the dorms.
