Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I agree.

Aww man, I have goosebumps. I have been so emotional all day. You'd think it would not matter in my life, but it does matter. I am so grateful to finally see this day.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Bonny, thanks for posting that. Damn allergies.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Wonderful!

Thrive to spite them

That was wonderful.

Thrive to spite them

I can't sleep and I'm having anxiety and my feet have been swelling.

I think it's a side effect of the Risperidone I'm taking but I called my shrink's office (he's out of the country) and the doctor on call (according to the nurse) said it was probably heat related, but if I was worried or it got worse to check back by Friday.

I had it again today, where my feet feel tight and stretched out and it was almost painful. Plus I've been having pins and needles feelings a lot (like since I started the medication).

I'm calling tomorrow to talk to the nurse again but it's freaking me out.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

So, in More Fun Adventures With My Mother, she texted my brother 911 to tell him that she thought she was having a heart attack, but she refused to actually call 911. So, my brother leaves the bar where he's hanging out with some friends (she's lucky that he had only had a beer), goes home and gets the car, and drives over to her place (a 40 minute endeavor). he says "when I walked up to the door, I knew that it was bullshit, because I could hear the dishwasher. Who thinks that they're having a heart attack and turns on the dishwasher?" I told him that I felt his pain, because I'd gotten a call saying that she was having heart palpitations, and was going to take the subway to the hospital. When I lived in Connecticut. @@

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yikes, askye. I hope you get some reassurance soon.

Wow, Vortex. That's ... really something. Personally I might run the dishwasher but only because I am mortified of how I can let dishes pile up. I would strictly be worried about my image. Not enough to vacuum, but I'd run the dishwasher.
