If you have room for chocolate with all the booze, then hell yes there can be chocolate!

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Can we just pass a resolution that the rest of the summer is going to be puppy dogs and unicorn glitter farts and booze? Because that would be swell.
Yes, please. I hate this summer so much.
In good news, I actually slept for 12 hours last night after almost three weeks of insomnia where I was lucky to get 4 hours! In less good news, I completely forgot to set my alarm to get my blood work done, so I have to reschedule. Please let all the pregnancy hormones be gone this time so I don't have to go back again.
I would like a unicorn fall. Or unicorn autumn. That sounds nice and poetic.
(I've already scheduled most of the last week of October off, there's some All Hallow's stuff I want to do)

I'm sorry for your loss , sj
sending out the ma~~~
To help distract from the crappy month of July and send it on its way I just posted a bunch of pictures from the Wolfram and Hart benefit from 2/22/04 on the book of the face.
eta: in the Buffistas group without tags.
The pictures are great, Laura! Thanks for posting them.

Count me as an "aye" for that.
My sister and I bought donut peaches at the local orchard. I never had them before. And, yum. They are delicious!
We had dinner (hot dogs and chicken salad) on the mountain top with the gorgeous view of the whole valley and the mountain ranges beyond. They stay open late on Thursdays and have a local musician play. Lots of families come and hang out on the decks and the lawn and have ice cream and wine and cider and peaches. It's really nice.

That sounds most excellent.
