Glad she's doing all right, Hil.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Quick recovery~ma for your mom, Hil.
Thanks. If all goes according to plan, she'll be released from the hospital tomorrow around noon.
Glad she's doing well. I feel like I know your mom a tiny bit from seeing FB posts. ~Ma-ma to her.
Good to hear your mom is doing well, Hil.
What the world needs are more beaches where I can take off my suit and shower off and change without issue. More nude beaches I say!!
That aside said, people that have an issue with 2 year olds being changed in public are ridiculous. When mine went to the beach older than that we showered them off and changed them before heading home. This is a preferred plan when sea lice is an option. They swam naked in our home pool until they got old enough to develop some modesty. Well one did anyway, Bobby never developed modesty and will still jump in naked. Seriously, he has nothing we haven't seen before. Only his immediate family is around and we aren't offended.
eta: I strongly suspect that both of them have gone skinny dipping with friends too at some point or place in time.
I'd put changing a small child in public in the same category as breastfeeding -- not a big deal as long as some level of discreet is involved. And even if the parties involved are less than discreet, it isn't for a stranger to tell the parent off.
There you go, being all sense making again!
Stop that! Think of the children!
My saga of getting therapy contines. The person they suggested - deosn't take my insurance. So there's someone else, who is out of town until week after next. Also the nutritionist doesn't take my insurance but the out of pocket isn't horrible, I guess. I left it with I'll see the new therapist and go from there.
also I managed to lose my written precription for Klonopin, which I've had for a month and never took to Rite Aid and this is a big deal. So I had to contact the shrink and leave him a message and hope he doesn't think I'm drug seeking or something.
My stepdad's Aunt J passed away this evening. It was a blessing really; she was suffering a great deal toward the end and was ready to go.
askye, I'm sorry about the therapy fiasco. I hope you find someone you like and soon.
