Haha, Erin, I love that.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Thanks. I'm feeling a little bit better, but still hurting a lot. I was supposed to drive back to NJ today, but I decided to wait until tomorrow -- I'm not sure that I can handle moving all those suitcases around, and then driving for three and a half hours, today.
I was sitting there and thought "No one knows where I am. No one cares where I am"--immediately followed by "The Buffistas care where I am.
FTR, said Buffistas have amazingly good tracking skills... we found Bonnie last year.
Hil, my sister in everything hurting.
The pain kicked in this morning. Apparently I'm not pulling off "I'm fine" as well as I think I am, since three people asked me if I was okay when I was running errands. Now let's hope it doesn't last as long on this lower dose than it did when I dealt with this evil stuff 10 years ago.
Sorry to hear that, ginger.
Shorter-misery~ma, ginger.
Connie, I'm glad you realize that even if the B.org hivemind isn't quite omniscient you can't escape go anywhere where our care isn't there for you. Or, you know, something slightly less creepy that means the same thing.
Ugh Ginger, I hope the side effects behave themselves better this time. Take good care of yourself, I know you will.
Urgh. It is using every ounce of willpower I possess to not reply to relatives reposting IDF stuff on Facebook. I just know that that would end really badly. (I did reply to my mother privately when she posted an article about how the NY Times is "obviously" anti-Israel. I asked her if she had actually read any of the NY Times articles in question. She said no, and seemed surprised by my asking, like she hadn't even considered looking at them.)
Ginger, I hope the side effects lessen for you.
Hil, sorry you're in pain again. Feel better.
We had a very ambitious plan for today that involved lunch in Providence for restaurant week, the zoo, and a movie, but I didn't wake up feeling very ambitious. So, we skipped the zoo and went to the Brown bookstore in between lunch and the movie.
