Thanks, erika. I will look into that. I'm in MA now, but I'm sure they have Independent Living Centers too.
Tomorrow I'm going back to the old place with TCG before we head to Mom's for Easter weekend because I don't have time to find an alternative, and the old place will not charge me.
(And if you just wanted to come in and bitch, therefore making suggestions is unwelcome and/or annoying, I apologize. And sympathize).
Mostly the former. I don't mind the advice. I just don't have the time to deal with any of it before next week.
Many hugs to you, Laura. What a huge load on your plate!
And arrgh sj, how infuriating!
Burrell, you know of the having a loaded plate! We both could use a day of rest.
Yes, Bonny, I need to get an outside picture of the pool area. More outside pictures in general since we planted bunches of plants around the perimeter. White hibiscus with red centers, jasmine, gardenia, alamanda, and florida cherries. We finally got some good rain this week which was timely.
Conversation this morning with Ryan. Last night we'd been talking about the planets - their composition, their moons, how the Earth was formed, all that kind of thing. This morning it came up when discussing breakfast.
Me: "What would you like for breakfast, Ryan?"
Ryan: "I want... Saturn!"
Me: "You want to eat Saturn?!"
Ryan: [giggles]
Me: "...It'll give you gas."
lucky kid never had to mourn the loss of Pluto.
When we were kids I swore my brother to secrecy that I was from Saturn. He confessed he was from Mars. I thought my planet was far more exotic.
We haven't lost Pluto—it's still there, and it's awesome! It's just not a planet.
I didn't remember that until I was mid-google, sj. (I'm sure MA has some--they're a good ally to have.)
What do they think that Pluto is now?

No, but he knows about it. Its relegation to the dwarf planet leagues was discussed.

Is that like the bush leagues?
