I was under the impression that I was your big comfy blanky.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

I never had that with the pill, but I was on it, predominantly, to correct some heavy bleeding and stuff, so, could be different.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Home from the game. Forgot, both sunblock or my "surfer shirt" (UV blocking shirt, that is very light and breathes well, and dries near instantly). It was quite warm, but nice. Boss was super ecstatic that I came to the game. He loves showing off his son. And his son was one of the better players. Heck, it's little league, it's not high skill level. Throwing isn't on target. Catching isn't that great. A ton of bases were collected on "wild pitches", and over thrown balls to cover the runners. Very entertaining. Completely different than MLB. Bosses team won, 15 - 3. The game was stopped due to time (2.5 hrs). Most runs were scored in the first 3 innings. The last 3, you could tell the kids were running out of gas. Glad I went.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Sounds like fun, omnis. I love watching kids play sports.

That's why I went on them originally too, but I always had bad side effects. This afternoon's fit of rage turned into this evenings uncontrollable crying over nothing.

omnis, I'm glad you ended up having a good day. Baseball gives me hope that eventually the warm weather will return for more than one day.

Oof, sj. Hormones are so fucking wacky. I hope the rollercoaster smoothes out for you soon.

Our wings are not tired.

Sorry sj, I hope the acclimation period is very brief.

I'm glad you went to the game, omnis. Kids sports are a whole lot of fun, although I often wanted to ban parents.

Thanks, smonster and Laura. I'm only on them for a couple of weeks. So, hopefully the time will go by quickly. Today I just have to pull myself together enough to enjoy brunch with family.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

quester, how are you feeling?

I wish I could say "better" but not so much. I feel much like I did before the transfusions but my color tells me that I'm not as pale.

I had an upper and lower scope yesterday and was told not to take any of my usual sleepy-time meds, so I had a long weird night. I've had quite a bit of bleeding and gas as well.

I've taken my new thyroid med and my first and second iron for today, and have eaten so I'm hoping to feel better. But my sinuses are full and I hope I didn't pick up an infection.

This has been the scariest and possibly most expensive week of my life and I'm about to embark on week 2 of it. I have an appointment with the hematologist/oncologist that I saw in the hospital this week and I must find a primary care physician who's willing to take all this on.

I'm also going to try to return to work between the appointment. wish me luck.

smonster, I'm so glad the news of your friend Kara is good.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Sounds overwhelming, quester. Sending you lots of ~ma.
