Goodbye and Good Riddance 2012: If the world doesn't end, I'm going to need a note

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. 2012--better luck next time.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Though if you sent me 100 babies I would feel obligated to start baking King Cakes and I might send you a gluten-ful one just to be taunty.

Or one cake with a hundred babies.

With all 100 heads *just* poking out of the top of the cake.

Naked Baby Mohawk Carrot Jockey Cake, of course! [link]

(My former coworker who bakes made naked baby mohawk caramel jockey cupcakes for a work baby shower.)

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

sj sent our family a camera for Christmas, and we love her very much, and Kara's winter concert was last night. The snaps came out execrable, because I had the shakes for some reason, but I was able to record a little bit of the last song. I thought you guys would like it. [link]

Deena, that is an adorable snippet of Kara! She still has the sweetest smile ever.

I see my evil plan worked perfectly. Camera = more pics and videos of Deena's adorable children. Although, that cannot be Kara, because the girl in the video is looking so grown up!

Isn't it adorable? I was off to the side, and she was supposed to be looking forward, but she was so happy to see me being proud of her, you know? She's such a charmer sometimes.

Your evil plan was brilliant, sj. The kids have been making videos too--stories they record and narrate using their toys. I'd try to post them somewhere, but they're unholy long.

Art Crawl!!!

Love the video. It continues to prove to me that one of the things missing from my Christmases are concerts performed by the children of loved ones.
