No, Jesse, she's still modest: [link] But I swear the swimsuit she's advertising on that page is more modest that what she was wearing in the shot for the article.
My family is completely failing to come to a consensus about the VW Superbowl ad. It's kinda like we're a bunch of individuals or something. I hope we get orders from No Problem, Mon HQ.
We're having exciting weather. I was just finishing having an infusion when everyone in the Kaiser building had to traipse down to the basement and wait until the tornado warning was over. At home, I've just had lot of rain at my house, but there's severe tornado damage north of here. A TV crew got the tornado forming: [link]
Okay, so I'm taking antibiotics, and I cannot take sudafed for congestion. my right nostril is swollen nearly shut, so a neti pot is out.
anyone recommend options for congestion?
I am somehow feeling less tired now than I did when I first got here.
That's odd but good.
Spicy food, le n? Or, do you have a humidifier?
anyone recommend options for congestion?
Steam. I have a steam gadget, but you can put your head over hot water and hold the steam in with a towel over your head. A hot shower can do it too. My approach is to clear out my nose, then use a nasal spray decongestant.
I miss many things about Georgia, but the regular threat of tornadoes is not one of them.
lisah and Ginger,
I have a humidifier, but I felt like that was clogging up my nose, not helping, but you know, I'll try it again tonight. I don't want to be stubborn.
I will also try a shower. the last one I took, my nose started bleeding, but since I'm taking meds, maybe that won't be a problem.
I hate sticking things up my nose but see my note on stubbornness. I will try that too.
I'll second the bowl of steam. I usually throw in a tea bag with a strong scent and sage or something that my nose will recognize. Then hold it in your lap and put a big towel over your head so you're inhaling as much steam as possible. It'll make your nose run.
Also, hot and sour soup will make your nose run. And I find the hotness feels good on an irritated throat.
