Jayne: Yeah, that was some pretty risky sittin' you did there. Wash: That's right, of course, 'cause they wouldn't arrest me if we got boarded, I'm just the pilot. I can always say I was flying the ship by accident.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, I forgot my other thing: I can't quite deal with tumblr on my phone yet, so will deal with submissions when I get home tonight.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

This just in: Craigslist sucks.

Dude "may be interested" in the curio cabinet I'm trying to sell. Tells me to call him. If I call him, he'll have my phone number! I just...I'm not comfortable calling people, especially men, whom I don't know, who contacted me through Craigslist. Why can't we do this by email? Sure, if I email him back, he'll have my email, but that's disposable. I'm creeped out. Especially since, to get this cabinet, the buyer will have to come to my house. I think this was a bad idea. I'm gonna tell him it sold already and I'm taking the listing down.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Do you have an iphone, Zen? Would something like burner work for you?

Also, you don't have to lie to him and then not be able to sell your item. You're the seller. You control this. You can say, email only or I'm not interested in your offer.

Yeah. I'm just not happy about the idea of having him come to my house to get it, either. If I could get it into my car, I'd take it to Goodwill and be done with it.

Zen, you can *69 him so he won't have your number. If you feel okay after the call, ask a large male friend to come over and be there for the pickup.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

if you have gmail, you can get a google voice acct. I hardly ever give out my "real" numbers since having google voice.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I just found out from FB that my brother is "in a relationship". With a woman older than I am.

I really hope he actually told my parents first, rather than having them find out through FB.

I, um, don't know what *69 is. Also, I don't have any male friends in this town.

I'll check this out!

Whoa. Facebook is not the best way to communicate such information.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Isn't *69 for calling someone back?

I would just email back and ask what he wants to know, or just ignore it altogether.
