Gunn: Well, how horrible is this thing? Lorne: I haven't read the Book of Revelations lately, but if I was searching for adjectives, I'd probably start there.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good thing I don't have an iPhone! (I am, however, posting from the train!)

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Tattoos only disqualify you if they were within the last 12 months. Piercings, only if they were done with a multiple use tool.

Yeah, but even without the UK or the phobia thing, I have four, so that's what, 4 years I wouldn't have been able to donate?

sarameg, poor Devi! Poor you! I hope you can get some relief soon.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The fatality in our company happened at the plant where this occured: [link]

Several people are having re-triggered trauma even though this was nothing like that, this was a workplace accident. Still high tension and emotion all week here. I am ready for some downtime.

Good lord, msbelle, that's horrific.

Woke up at my usual time, which is unfortunate, since I wanted to be up early. But got Devi to the vet on time, warned my boss that my hours today are probably going to be erratic and that's all I can do. Most people are telecommuting or planning on leaving early due to the predicted snowfall anyway. The only ones of us here are those with really short commutes.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I guess I don't need to worry about bleeeding out.

I had a nurse tell me this, rather excitedly.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yesterday, a 47 year old employee at DH's company dropped dead of a heart attack at his desk. DH is a little freaked.
