I just purged and scrubbed the etagere in our master bathroom. It had gotten so cluttered it was one of those spaces you just train yourself not to see when cleaning the rest of the room. But it is now shiny and neat with his/hers/ours shelves, and a trashbag of expired OTC allergy meds and lotions in the hall.
At some point I need to figure out what to do about the kids' toys. So many places only take plastic toys (because of bedbug worries), and Freecyclers tend to flake out and not pick shit up. So in the meantime it's another box down to the basement storage area.

I am packing up the ebay sales I should have done yesterday. and mac helped me rake up one bag of leaves before football started. It hardly made a dent in the yard, but it was a whole smooshed down and packed full bag.

I went to breakfast and then grocery shopping earlier and in the process walked more than I did all day yesterday. I was supposed to go out and do some weeding but it's really cold out there, so so far weeding looks an awful lot like lounging on the sofa playing games on my iPad.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
