Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's still 50 here! I had to find my spring coat!

My mind is full of vacation and I want to bug my mother for more details about our March trip, but I realize that is unnecessary at this stage. Also I should maybe be working?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

It is back to being cold here- not freezing of anything, but I did not wear mittens or earmuffs and I wanted them while waiting for the bus.

The bus to work was one of those completely clusterfucked rides, too. It was full when we left downtown, then a woman with a stroller that did not fold got on. There was a high school aged boy sitting next to me in the handicapped spots and he would not get up for her. Then even more people crowded on, and then we got a wheelchair. It was nutty, and I wanted to kill the young guy who would not get up!

ETA: There is a muffaletta pizza today at the cafeteria. Should I try it?

ETA2: I think this withdrawal is making me overly chatty and weird.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am not ready for another five day work week. It doesn't help that I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night, but even without that I think I would be stuck in Idontwanna land.

In good news, two of my ebay items sold last night, thanks to Buy it now, and one more has a bid, so it will sell. They are the three I was most interested in selling too, so I am happy.

eta: I hope you got the prescription worked out, Sophia.

That's kind of awesome. Weird, but awesome.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Yes! And then report back so we can argue about the essential building blocks of both pizza and muffalettas.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, we haven't had a good muffaletta dustup in AGES!

I have fed the dog, watered the birds and am cooking three meals on the premise that if I'm actually sick sick I will not feel like cooking shortly. And if I'm not sick, hey, meals! My house smells kinda ridiculous.

I have my meds! Now just waiting for them to kick in!

Also, for my ears to empty. I have never had a cold in my ears like this. My nose is hardly stuffy, but my ears are completely full. Sudafed helps a little, and now I am trying Mucinex. They do not hurt at all, though, so it is not an ear infection.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Frickin' cold in San Francisco. Frickin'!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

According to my car, it was 29 degrees most of the way in.
