Sue, wanna come to Disney in March? Meet the whole wakky family? C'mon, you know you wanna.
msbelle, I love you and I am sure I would love your family, but I don't think Disney is my jam. I am the worst amusement park person in the world: I am both afraid of heights and so prone to motion sickness that I have to take gravol for the bus ride from Cape Breton to Halifax. (It's a windy road!)
Gris, that's an awful double blow. I hope you're able to be where you need to be.
I feel that Euler's Identity is played out. No offence to Euler--I certainly don't have a competing identity--but yeah, it was fucking radical when I was fifteen, but is there any other shorthand for really cool mathematics?
Just saying. ::shrug::
From watching TV this week, I'd really like someone to go through my closets, but what I really need to do is separate stuff into sizes, so I know what not to bother try on at what times, since I have little conscious impact on what size I am, and keep thinking my entire wardrobe is up for grab at the same time.
miss ita, it's just that you command respect
I am happy to be miss ita, with an exclamation point if you're nasty.

Me, too! Well, not that particular bus ride. But amusement parks and Sophia are non-mixy things. When I was in middle and high school, they used to give us a trip to an amusement park at the end of the year as a reward (some students had to stay at school), I felt like it was torture. And for some reason, they wouldn't let me decline to go!
I was mostly kidding. I think I will be the only one on this trip that REALLY like roller coasters. But coasters are not really the deal at Disney, most of the rides are tame, ymmv.
I am okay on toddler level amusement rides. The scrambler is almost too much for me.
work is trying to devour me from the inside out today. worst day yet this week. giant confusing communications and bosses asking mutiple people to work on parts of the same thing without telling any of us about the whole picture.
I think I will do some looking at my Disney trip and share the details with you all, it may just calm me down.

Sorry your day sucks. My boss is out of town and I don't have anything to do besides "minding the fort" - I gotta stay here in case a client has some emergency. (Am also waiting for a client to get back to me on 14 new reports I created for them.)
And I've already run out of internets!
Do you think someone could apply by editing the job listing first?
I am so sorry, Gris. Peace and strength to you and your whole family.

I love the idea of Chicago Style Manuel.
