Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

It would be setting up a pavlov-like response in the brds/sqirrels, right? everytime they hear loud bass, they think they will get bread crumbs. You make the bread-crumb getting are look similar to an open car window and BAM cars attacked.

But how would the birds/squirrels getting in the car stop the music?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

But how would the birds/squirrels getting in the car stop the music?

They wouldn't. It's pretty much about making the players of loud music suffer.

the jackholes who drive down your street blaring music with windows down would stop or take another route, I think is the idea.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But how would the birds/squirrels getting in the car stop the music?

If every time you drove down this one street blaring loud music with your windows open you got attacked by hungry animals, how often would you repeat that behaviour?

Me, as the architect, I stop caring if you don't learn from your mistakes, because annoying people getting attacked by ravening squirrels is really fucking funny--I just have to learn how to trigger a camera each time, so video can be posted to the internet.

I did not know "ravening" was a word.

It is a good word.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Right, it's win-win.

I think I realize why I don't get it! It assumes that the loud-music people are the same people and they will learn from their mistakes. I live on the only route to the beach in my city, and all the loud people are different each time.

Well, once enough videos of squirrels attacking cars on your route hit the internets, the problem should get better.

My interpretation doesn't. Even if no one learns a lesson, my life has changed (once the beasties are trained--that will be a bit annoying, but at least not suprising) because people I dislike are getting fucked right where I can see them while I drink legally.

It's possible you are less mean than I am, but I'm with Brenda on the win-win thing.
