Matt, condolences to your family.
The weirdest thing I've heard in my alley, in comic form: [link] (exact wording was edited to make it family-friendly.)
I bet that's from someone who watched Jack Hanna on Piers Morgan's show a couple nights ago. He brought out a curled-up armadillo and got Piers to touch it, and then informed him that they're the only animals that carry leprosy.

I'm going into the office tomorrow. Figure I should start the year right and show my face. I also have a package of venison waiting for me there. Yum!!
I don't know if anyone here watches Mobbed, I just bumped into it (it is a planned mob honoring or surprising someone). I don't know if all episodes are like this, but the tears are streaming down my face.
No, this was heard back in September. School, zoo, who knows, but a very unlikely topic in my alley (unless it is coming out of my mouth. I know too many weird facts about armadillos.)
Video of some impressive kite-flying: [link]
One flyer, handling three dual-line stunters simultaneously. The last landing is very nice indeed.
So I finished the cigar box guitar! And the electronics worked on the first try, go me with the mad soldering skillz!
But I, uh, got kinda worked up and forgot to eat. So better do that now.
They're a lot more tender than store bought, too. Possibly because they were only 15 minutes old when I tried one.
I suspect they were just better than store bought but freshness counts a lot in baked goods. Mmm, warm from the oven...
The numbers say that I spent more on medical treatment last year than I earned in my first full time job.
I *really* need them to be precise about every step of the neurostimulator. And the home care nurse has moved her appointment to next week. Sometimes it feels like things are just slipping out of your fingers, you know?
I have high hopes for the home care nurse ita, she better not let you down.
Tonight there was exercise class, then dinner (quinoa and sauteed greens), then chocolate. All good.
