I downloaded crayons (ETA; craptons) of Yuletide stories to my iPad last night and read them on the 4 hour plane ride. A few really good ones, but I'm hoping to hear of anything awesome outside stuff I'd normally read through you people (here or DW or wherever). I generally read all the stories in stuff I know but sometimes stories are awesome on their own--I haven't watched but half an episode of No Reservations, nor re-read Narnia in years and years, but that story was awesome last (?) year.

Root canal is done! YAY
And now I am going to curl up in bed and try to nap. There may be vicodin involved.
Sweet dreams, Lee.
I went for a jog this morning even though my calves were still sore from my first jog in years and years on Monday, so now I am tired but trying not to nap, myself. And I would like a gold star for sticking to my exercise plan. Maybe just a shiny blue star for two consecutive actually-going-jogging-when-I-planned-to, work my way up to gold eventually.
Gold star!
I am totally counting hauling firewood as my cardio for today. Plus, I rewarded myself with cheesecake, and I'm still on target for the day.
Happy birthday Jesse, Theo, and Rayne!
Rest up, Lee, and may the vicodin do its job.
And to round out the random meara, I cannot recall seeing that dent on you, ita, although when I think about it, I usually am looking at your face when I see you, not the back of your head.
Family is playing Angry Birds AT-AT Attack. It seems like a pretty satisfying game.
blue stars for -t.
I hit my goal for my nike fuelband yesterday. anyone here have one? I need friends.
Two shiny blue stars, -t, one for each day! Go you!
I seriously need to get back up on an exercise plan. Just walking the dog is not going to cut it.
I hit my goal for my nike fuelband yesterday. anyone here have one? I need friends.
I like the idea of the FuelBand, but if I got something like that I'd want something that measures heart rate. I don't think the FuelBand would register if I'm on an exercise bike.
msbelle, I am TamaraS on Nike+, friend me and see how pathetic my goals are!
Thanks for the validation, y'all!
I like the FuelBand because I can just have it on all the time and not think about it. I could never get used to HRMs enough to leave them on while I was gardening or whatnot, and too often let "I don't feel like putting on the heart monitor band" turn into skipping the exercise I intended to do, since I couldn't document it properly and I do love me some self-quantifying documentation.
