Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Thanks, Tom!

Swouncing

Skipping all the Christmas posts because, according to the Buffista Calendar, this is one of the most blessed day in the calendar, since it's a triple Buffista birthday, of Jesse, Rayne and Theodosia.

Happy birthday, Jesse!

Happy birthday, Rayne!

Happy birthday, Theo!

With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year.

Punishingly Intricate

Happy birthday, birthday ladies!!!

It is truly craptasic weather here. I am off and had some out of the house plans but, fortunately, nothing that can't wait. And we have chili defrosting and we have some frozen corn tortillas, too. Thanks, Past Me for making a ton of chili and for getting an extra package of those delicious corn tortillas.

I'm going to make a cup of tea and try to squeeze in next to the dog on the couch and watch some stories. Later I have to wrap Bob's presents. Boxing Day gift exchange!

Oh, dag, dog got up. Really hoping she's not going to agitate for going outside. We were out at about noon.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Birffdays! Yay!

"How? ow often do you see them?"

Mostly every day in pixels. If we're honest. But I'd not give my parents this information.

Oooh, I won LDB. Which, even in my head, I say as Little Black Dress (of Fandom) and then I want to go read fic. Today I finally come. Yuletide shall be my precious.

What do we do with a massive amount of turkey stock? With no celery. I hate celery. The ham stock shall become a split pea soup, I think. It smells amazing in my house but I don't have the containers (or freezer space) to store any of this yet so I am just letting them simmer while I ponder.

Happy birthday Jesse and Theo!

And thanks for all the birthday wishes! I can get behind this three queens thing! We will be fair rulers to all the boxes out there!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, here are more of the pictures: [link]

Man, I just want to curl up in a corner and....something. I think I'm going to something actually, now that I've mentioned it,

Birthday wishes galore! Happy Birthday!

Quite day. I've put in about 4 hours of work and I'm calling it quits for now. Waiting for K-Bug to get off work so we can hit up Target and Hobby Lobby for post-Christmas sales.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Happy birthday three queens of Boxing Day! Truly have a wonderful day and a peaceful day whose memories will last long into 2013!

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Theo, Jesse and Rayne!

It snowed earlier today, and now it's raining buckets.

I downloaded crayons (ETA; craptons) of Yuletide stories to my iPad last night and read them on the 4 hour plane ride. A few really good ones, but I'm hoping to hear of anything awesome outside stuff I'd normally read through you people (here or DW or wherever). I generally read all the stories in stuff I know but sometimes stories are awesome on their own--I haven't watched but half an episode of No Reservations, nor re-read Narnia in years and years, but that story was awesome last (?) year.
